PERFECTIONISM!

We all have a bit of it in us at times. Sometimes it's kept us stuck for YEARS and other times, it's a specific project or goal that's "not quite PERFECT", so we just keep procrastinating on launching or taking that step.

No matter what it is, how big or small, PERFECTIONISM is BULLSHIT! We have to take ACTION... NOW!
As a recovering perfectionist, it is hard to do that sometimes.

Please listen in and then ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE [if you so choose!]
No, this message won't self-destruct in 10-seconds [who gets it?! LOL], but you may end up missing the boat, the train, your chance and live a life of regret.

What do you choose?

THIS WEEK'S READ
4 Psychological Tricks to Reach Your Goals!
I found this article pretty spot on! I've used some of these with clients who were struggling with achieving there goals.

Want a cool-ass platform – other than paper – to track your goals?

And, finally... How are you doing so far this year?
After two years of NOT achieving one damn goal, I'm starting off ok. I completed the ridiculous, but worth it "dry January" AND Carnivore diet (meat/seafood/cheese/eggs). As much as I love those things... DAMN that was tougher than NOT drinking! LOL! [The CON for me was the brain fog which hit hard, and then was in and out for the month. I drank lots of electrolytes, but it was hit and miss. I also just got tired of meat! LOL]

That specific GOAL was related to #3 in the article. Although I did not lose as many pounds as I wanted, I felt good, I helped my body heal after two years of surgeries, and I can fit into a skirt that I got from the "Man-Candy" at Christmas that was about 2" from zipping! It also allowed me to improve my sleep!

Business-wise: I started Book #5. I had some struggles with the focus of the book during the 4th quarter, but, after taking some time to think about it, I kept going back to something I talk about in today's podcast... PROCRASTINATION! I kept trying to push another topic, that I now realize is more of a "Talk" than a book – at least for now! The title: "It's Time!"

And that I already shared on social media, but am sharing it now WITH YOU! Just like tip #4 in the article!

What about you?
I'd love to hear back from you! Please reply to this email or use the link below to schedule some time!

That's all for now!
Cheers!
